The functioning of any water treatment plant will be best judged on standard output water parameters. There are sensors based systems which will display parameters such as COD/BOD/TSS/PH for waste water and TDS for water treatment plants. By continuously monitoring the parameters we can optimize the plant operations with real time feedback of related parameters. In some instances these parameters are also required to be send to concerned authorities for monitoring. Industries such as paper, pharmacueticals , dyes, chemical etc are mandated to monitor the output parameters of their ETP palnts and send real time data to concerened authorites .
